About this role
The Growth Marketing Manager owns the full customer lifecycle across paid acquisition and retention, with a clear mandate to drive profitable, sustainable growth. This role is accountable for customer lifetime value, acquisition efficiency, and retention health across both brands. You will lead paid performance and lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, loyalty), manage growth specialists, and act as a key strategic partner to senior leadership by translating data into clear commercial decisions across marketing, product, and operations. This role is ideal for someone numbers-driven, structured, highly analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced fashion or jewelry e-commerce environment.This role also plays a critical part in shaping how we scale profitably across brands and markets. What You'll Do Growth Strategy and Lifecycle Ownership Own the end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition and retention for both brands Ensure acquisition and retention operate as one connected ecosystem, not siloed channels Act as the lifecycle owner, balancing short-term revenue with long-term customer value Paid Ads (Acquisition) Lead paid performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging channels Own budget allocation, campaign structure, testing frameworks, and optimization strategy Approve paid ad messaging and captions (performance-led, not brand or organic social) Align acquisition strategy with commercial priorities, inventory, and margin realities Retention Marketing (Email, SMS, Loyalty) Own all lifecycle channels including email, SMS, and loyalty Oversee flow strategy, campaign planning, testing, and ongoing optimization Drive repeat purchases, reduce churn, and improve customer engagement depth Research, Plan and Present retention strategies and performance clearly to senior stakeholders Data, Insights & Decision-Making Define, track, and report on key growth metrics: CLV, CAC, churn, repeat rate Translate complex data into clear insights and action…
