Senior Finance Manager

About the role As the Senior Finance Manager in the finance controllership function you will be responsible for all regional financial matters & all aspects of financial regulatory reporting. SG is a key market for us and global headquarters. Role Responsibilities Own the preparation and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the legal entities. Ensure compliance with IFRS/local GAAP and country-specific financial regulations while managing finance operations for international entities from Singapore. Supervise day-to-day accounting operations with an outsourced accounting team including payroll and taxation. Ensure statutory and regulatory audits are conducted with a Big 4 audit firm, including end-to-end coordination and closure. Own end-to-end financial regulatory submissions for licensed entities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely filing with regulators. Oversee cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and client fund reporting in coordination with partner banks. Review product flows from a finance perspective ensuring controls around invoicing, revenue recognition, funding requirements, documentation. Presents financial reports to executives, board members, investors, and other stakeholders. Co-develop and execute the regional finance strategy along with the regional leadership team. Coordinate with Treasury, Strategy & Planning, and Data teams to align data requirements, resolve gaps, and ensure timely delivery of accurate information. Implement internal controls to ensure that the company complies with all financial and statutory regulations. Required Skills Strong academic pedigree, qualified as an accountant 7–9+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably in financial services (fintech).
