Creative & Retail Intern

We are looking for a Creative & Retail Intern to join our team at ACCENT / ACNT.bespoke, a womenswear and bespoke tailoring studio under ASSEMBLE. This role is suited for someone who enjoys fashion, styling, visual content, and working closely with clients in a retail studio setting. You will be involved in both the creative and day-to-day retail side of the business, from assisting with photoshoots and social media content to supporting client appointments, showroom upkeep, and product presentation. The ideal candidate is attentive, organized, well-spoken, and has a good eye for detail. You do not need to have extensive experience, but you should be willing to learn, take initiative, and be comfortable in a client-facing environment. Job Scope Creative & Marketing Support Assist with content creation for Instagram, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, and other social media platforms Support photoshoots, styling, flatlays, behind-the-scenes content, and product documentation Help with simple photo and video editing where required Assist in preparing captions, moodboards, references, and creative ideas for upcoming posts or campaigns Organise and document fabrics, garments, product details, and client pieces for marketing use Retail & Studio Support Assist with client appointments, fittings, and showroom walk-ins Help maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the retail/studio space Support product display, visual merchandising, and garment arrangement Assist with stock checking, packing, labelling, and basic inventory updates Help prepare garments, samples, and accessories before client viewings or fittings Administrative & Operational Support Assist with appointment coordination and simple client follow-ups Help update client records, order details, and internal notes where needed Support the team during events, launches, trunk shows, or private previews Carry out general studio and retail duties to ensure smooth daily operations Requirements Interest in fashion, styling, retail, marketing, or content creation Good communication skills and a pleasant attitude with clients Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented Comfortable with taking photos/videos using a phone Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Instagram, TikTok, or Xiaohongshu would be a plus Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on studio environment Prior fashion, retail, or marketing experience is a bonus but not required What You’ll Learn Behind-the-scenes operations of a bespoke womenswear and bridal studio Client-facing retail experience in a fashion environment Styling, visual merchandising, and content creation How bespoke garments are presented, documented, and communicated to clients Practical understanding of running a modern fashion retail business Application Interested applicants may apply with a short introduction, resume, and any relevant portfolio, social media work, or creative references.
