AWARE is Singapore’s leading gender equality advocacy organisation. For nearly 40 years, we have worked to identify and eliminate gender barriers through research, advocacy, education, and support services, including the Sexual Assault Care Centre and Women’s Helpline. We are looking for a detail-orientated, and proactive finance executive to support our daily operations. Job title: Finance Executive Reports to: Finance Manager Location: Hybrid (Singapore) Salary: $3,500-4,300/month Duration : 2 months (Jul - Sept 2026) Key Responsibilities General Administration Accounts payable and payment processing. Reviewing invoices and supporting documents. Basic bank reconciliation. Finance-related problem-solving scenarios. Communication and prioritisation. Why Join Us? Who We Are Looking For Qualifications & Experience Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent qualification). At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally within the non-profit, charity, or social sector. Skills & Competencies Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and administrative tools. Good written and verbal communication skills. A proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
