Assistant Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote training courses and services. Create and manage content for social media platforms and the company website. Design marketing materials such as social media posts, flyers, brochures, and email campaigns. Support lead generation activities and course promotion initiatives. Work closely with the sales team to support course enrolment targets. Conduct market research and monitor marketing campaign performance. Assist in organising webinars, seminars, roadshows, and corporate events. Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders on marketing activities. Prepare marketing reports and maintain marketing databases. Use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) to prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials. Support the creation of marketing content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools. Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned by management. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in marketing are welcome to apply. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools will be an advantage. Good communication and organisational skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
