IT Project Manager

ASTEK has been providing IT and Engineering solutions for some of the world’s largest industrial and services groups for more than 35 years with 10,000 passionate experts in 22 countries throughout Europe, APAC, Middle East and the Americas Currently, we are looking for IT Project Manager which would be based in Singapore Responsibilities and Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years project management experience in government/public sector Oversee day-to-day operations and vendor management for critical systems Proven experience managing critical government systems operations In-depth knowledge of Government IM8 policies and compliance frameworks Experience with AWS or GCC cloud infrastructure management Background in managing internet-facing eServices Experience with government digital transformation initiatives Experience with authentication gateway integration, such as Active Directory and Singpass/Corppass Experience with payment gateway integration solutions (e.g. integrate with banks for various payment methods such as GIRO, PayNow etc) Experience with Financial Institutes or payment gateways (e.g. DBS, Stripe) Experience with contract management and procurement Proven track record in budget management and resource planning Risk management and change management expertise Plan and execute project budgets and service requests Coordinate audits, compliance, and security remediation activities Liaise with external vendors maintaining the systems to ensure delivery of Change Requests are on time and of quality Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) PMP, CITPM, or equivalent project management certification preferred Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
