1. PCBA Repair and Failure Analysis (Primary Responsibility, ~50–60%) Perform fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair, and functional testing of PCBAs from returned or defective medical devices. Conduct component-level fault isolation. Provide repair reports and feedback to support quality improvement initiatives. Maintain repair records, repair tools, and spare parts inventory. 2. Product Assembly, Testing, and Continuous Improvement (~30–40%) Perform product assembly, functional testing, inspection, and packaging in accordance with established procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards. Support the receiving, registration, and inventory counting of incoming materials and returned items; classify and consolidate returned defective spare parts and perform repair disposition based on failure conditions. Record and maintain product and repair-related data, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and traceability. Prepare and maintain process documentation, including Work Instructions (WI), repair procedures, and test specifications. Support production and repair process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, yield, and product quality. Ensure all activities comply with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 13485). 3. Customer Service Operations Support (~10–20%) For repaired PCBAs and other spare parts that have passed all required testing, arrange and document final verification testing, perform cleaning and packaging, apply the necessary labels, maintain inventory and accounting records, and conduct periodic stock counts in accordance with company requirements. About You ITE, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electronics Engineering, or related discipline. Hands-on experience in PCBA troubleshooting, soldering, rework, and repair. Ability to read electronic schematics and identify electronic components. Familiarity with test equipment such as multimeters, power supplies, and oscilloscopes. Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills. Willingness to perform both technical and operational tasks in a startup environment. Experience in medical device, electronics manufacturing, or repair service environments. Ability to communicate in Mandarin to coordinate with technical teams in China. Familiarity with customer service repair processes and experience in after-sales service operations.
