Sales Support Engineer

Job Summary Manage product documentation and production coordination to ensure timely job launches and smooth project execution in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Update, compile, control, and monitor product Bill of Material (BOM), drawings, and specifications to maintain accurate production data Prepare proposal and tender documents during the quotation stage to support sales and procurement processes Trigger production Job Launch upon receipt of Purchase Orders to initiate manufacturing activities Monitor consigned items and raw material purchasing to ensure supply availability and inventory accuracy Track purchase orders and delivery schedules to maintain timely production flow Coordinate with departments to compile and submit required documentation such as pre-production, final product documents, concessions, and non-conformance reports Collaborate with departments to manage and resolve production issues promptly Lead projects and tasks to drive successful completion and meet organizational goals Preferred competencies and qualifications Highly motivated and driven to achieve project and production targets Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration Team player who supports collective goals and fosters a positive work environment Analytical and resourceful with problem-solving capabilities to address production challenges Willingness to undertake ad-hoc project assignments and manage multiple tasks efficiently Proficient in MS Office tools for documentation and reporting Knowledge or interest in oilfield components and equipment is an added advantage Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Other Information 2+ years relevant working experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
