Senior Electrical Engineer / Electrical Manager (Lta / Infrastructure Projects / M&E)

Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer / Electrical Manager to support and lead electrical works for infrastructure projects in Singapore, including LTA-related developments. This role is ideal for candidates with infrastructure project experience who are ready to take on greater responsibility and progress into a managerial role , while gaining exposure to authority coordination and large-scale project delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage electrical works for LTA infrastructure projects from planning through completion. Ensure compliance with LTA specifications, submission requirements, and project standards . Coordinate with LTA officers, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors . Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions. Oversee installation, testing & commissioning, and system integration. Monitor site progress, manpower planning, and execution. Manage subcontractors, procurement, and material delivery. Support variation orders (VO), claims, and project reporting. Attend technical, coordination, and progress meetings. Ensure adherence to WSH safety and quality standards. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field. Having 5–8 years of electrical project experience in Singapore . Mandatory experience in LTA projects (MRT / Rail / Road / Tunnel). Hands-on involvement in LTA submissions, coordination, or site execution . Experience managing subcontractors and site teams. Familiar with testing & commissioning for infrastructure systems. Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
