IT Support Engineer

Job Description & Requirements Working location: Beach Road Working hour: 9am to 6pm Job Description Supporting and servicing of Bank’s request for hands-on engineering function at Bank’s Datacenters. Troubleshooting any hardware related issues. Installation of related software as per required for Microsoft, VMware for hypervisor layer. On-siteand on-the-job training can be pickup and learned as the RE progresses into his job functions. The RE is not limited to above software, if he’s a keen worker, he can learn and install related software such as Red Hat, Chef, Veritas as per X86 Cloud RFP software stack. Installation and configuration of servers, KVM switches and cabling work. Server decommissioning and upgrade activities.
