Primary School English Tutor

Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the Singapore MOE syllabus. Assess students' learning needs and customise lesson plans to maximise learning outcomes. Teach grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, composition, listening, and oral communication skills. Mark assignments, monitor student progress, and provide timely, constructive feedback. Prepare students for school assessments and examinations. Foster critical thinking, confidence, and effective communication skills. Create a positive, engaging, and disciplined learning environment. Communicate professionally with parents regarding students' academic progress. Develop teaching resources, lesson materials, and classroom activities. Uphold ATOP Academy's teaching standards, values, and commitment to academic excellence. Requirements GCE O-Level, GCE A-Level, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Education, English, or a related field. Good command of spoken and written English. Familiarity with the Singapore MOE English syllabus and assessment requirements. Passion for teaching and nurturing young learners. Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills. Responsible, patient, enthusiastic, and committed to student success.
