The Head of Cybersecurity Services is accountable for leading the regional or cluster cybersecurity services business. The role combines commercial ownership, delivery excellence, people leadership and governance. The successful candidate will drive profitable growth, ensure consistent execution of the global cybersecurity services portfolio, maintain contractual service levels and customer satisfaction, and build the local capability required to deliver high-quality cybersecurity services at scale. Key Responsibilities: 1. Commercial and P&L Support · Support the regional or cluster Cybersecurity Services P&L together with local management in line with approved budget and business targets. · Provide accurate business forecasts, pipeline visibility and operational performance updates to the relevant leadership forums. · Identify local market opportunities and develop the regional cybersecurity services business through targeted growth plans, local partnerships and competitive positioning. 2. Strategy Execution and Portfolio Deployment · Execute the global cybersecurity services strategy within the assigned geography, adapting where appropriate for local market and regulatory needs. · Implement the global cybersecurity services portfolio locally, including standardized services, processes, tools and operating practices. · Collect local customer and market feedback, and channel service evolution requests into the global business line or portfolio teams. · Select and localize global go-to-market materials, service collaterals and value propositions for customer and channel use. 3. Service Delivery and Operational Excellence · Ensure high-quality delivery of cybersecurity services across consulting, testing, integration, managed services, SOC operations and local project delivery where applicable. · Own local delivery governance, operational controls, productivity improvement, service quality and SLA fulfillment. · Ensure customer service performance issues are addressed through timely corrective actions. · Drive standardization of processes, tools, reporting and service management practices in line with corporate and business-line requirements. 4. Customer, Sales and Bid Governance · Support customer relationship management, account planning and direct sales of cybersecurity services in partnership with sales and account teams. · Lead or support local specialist sales and presales activities, deal reviews and bid approvals within delegated approval thresholds. · Ensure bids and proposals are commercially robust, deliverable, compliant with governance requirements and aligned to portfolio strategy. · Maintain strong customer relationships and serve as a senior local escalation point for delivery, service quality and business issues. 5. People Leadership and Capability Development · Lead local cybersecurity services resources on a day-to-day basis, including workforce planning, utilization, capability building and performance support. · Define and manage the skills required to meet global, regional and customer delivery needs. · Deploy people excellence, training and certification programs to ensure project teams have the required skills and professional standards. · Coordinate administrative and local people-related actions for cybersecurity resources hosted in the geography, including collaboration with HR and business leadership. 6. Governance, Compliance and Stakeholder Management · Ensure compliance with corporate policies, delivery frameworks, bidding governance, operational controls and business-line processes. · Identify, manage and resolve non-compliance issues in a timely and transparent manner. · Manage local relationships with partners, global partner representatives, institutions, government bodies, industry stakeholders and worker councils where applicable. · Support local aspects of mergers, acquisitions and integration activities where relevant.
