Project Planner

Job Scope Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 . Prepare baseline programmes, work schedules, and recovery plans for interior fit-out projects. Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect actual site activities. Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Designers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved. Identify potential delays and recommend corrective actions to minimize schedule impacts. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and management reports. Track critical path activities and monitor project performance against planned schedules. Attend project coordination meetings and provide schedule updates to clients and management. Assist in resource planning and manpower allocation based on project requirements. Maintain project planning records and ensure all schedule revisions are properly documented. Support tender planning by preparing preliminary project schedules when required. Perform other planning and project coordination duties assigned by Management. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline. Minimum 2–3 years of planning experience in interior fit-out, construction, or renovation projects. Proficient in Primavera P6 (mandatory). Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office will be an advantage. Good understanding of construction methodologies and project scheduling. Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
