QC Inspector [Oil And Gas, Tuas]

MNC , Oil & Gas company 5 days work, overtime pay after 44 hours, OT rate 1.5-2times Tuas, Shuttle provided AWS, Bonus, Annual leave, Medical Claim, Transport Allowance, House Allowance Job Scope Inspect incoming materials and products based on job orders Conduct dimensional inspections using gauges and GD&T Perform First Article, In-Process, and Final inspections per requirements Set up gauges as needed for inspection Carry out welding inspections (before, during, and after welding, per BOM) Perform hardness testing and prepare related reports Operate inspection equipment: CMM, FARO Arm Raise and document Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and support corrective actions Compile and prepare data books upon job completion Ensure inspections meet quality standards and API specifications Requirement : Diploma/Technical certificate in Engineering or equivalent experience 2-3 years relevant working experience in quality inspection Proficient in dimensional inspection using CMM and FARO Arm Knowledge of hardness inspection and welding inspection (before, during, after) Familiarity with GD&T application Experience in NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) will be an advantage Good knowledge of API and industry standards Able to communicate clearly, with strong documentation/reporting skills Aurora Asia (21C0671) | Stephanie Luan (R21100585)
