Sales/Service Coordinator (6 Months Contract Maternity Cover)

Job Responsibilities Handling sales administration support including preparing quotes to customers in timely manner. Manage sales orders entries, issue invoices to customers and processing of shipments. Execute local delivery/shipping documents for Store Department to prepare picking and packing of goods. To liaise with principals, retailers and customers for all sales orders with strong communications and coordination skills. To coordinate with customers with regards to advance payment/LC/BG and Servicing jobs. Job Requirements Minimum G.C.E O level or equivalent Proficient in MS Office applications 1 year of relevant working experience in similar capacity A team player with committed attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6 months contract - maternity cover commencing from mid Aug 26 . Working location in Pioneer area. Work week : Mondays to Fridays
