Account Executive

Job duties: 1. Responsible for the entry of accounting vouchers, system posting and review, monthly closing, preparation of financial statements, and submission of internal reports. 2. Responsible for providing required materials for internal and external audits, as well as for brokers, legal counsel, and valuation firms, and for following up on and resolving related issues. 3. Responsible for quarterly tax filings, annual tax reconciliation, and providing documentation for ad hoc tax investigations. 4. Responsible for organizing regular tax risk self-assessments and implementing proactive management measures. 5. Responsible for optimizing processes within the module, consolidating best practices across roles, initiating IT projects, and improving the level of automation in routine operations. Job Requirement: 1. Bachelor degree or above, passed ACCA or CPA; 2. More than 5 years of work experience, at least 2 years of general ledger experience in MNC; 3. Familiar with SAP ***Work location: Suntec City Tower 2 ***Working time: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
