Project Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our AV team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and technical expertise in audio-visual systems, ensuring successful project delivery from conception through completion. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage AV projects from initial planning through to execution and delivery, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients and contractors, to define project requirements and deliverables. Conduct site surveys and assessments to develop accurate project scopes and implementation plans. Design and configure AV systems, including audio, video, and control systems, tailored to client specifications. Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of AV systems into existing infrastructure. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing any issues or delays proactively. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout all phases of the project. Provide technical support and training to clients after project completion to ensure satisfaction and usability of AV systems. Perform preventive maintenance Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, AV Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in project engineering/management, specifically within the AV industry. Strong technical knowledge of audio-visual systems , installation, and troubleshooting. Proficient in project management tools. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team collaboration.
