Key Responsibilities Take end-to-end ownership of commercial building, facade installation and building maintenance projects from award stage, construction execution, handover to the full defects liability period. Develop overall project programme, baseline schedule and resource deployment blueprint to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within contract scope and approved budget. Conduct regular site inspections and progress coordination meetings to resolve on-site technical obstacles, structural issues and installation schedule delays in a timely manner. Be fully accountable for project P&L (profit and lost) performance, track actual cost consumption, review procurement variations and control project cash flow comprehensively. Proactively identify, negotiate and finalise Variation Orders (VOs) alongside main contractors, quantity surveyors (QS) and professional consultants. Validate subcontractors’ progress payment claims, provide recommendations for monthly payment certificates and ensure standardized final account settlement if any. Act as the exclusive technical and commercial liaison linking the company, clients, architects, consultants, statutory authorities and main contractors. Manage, coach and supervise internal project engineers, site supervisors and field crew, assign clear KPIs and on-site job responsibilities. Ensure all on-site structural and facade works fully comply with BCA regulations, Singapore national standards and project contract specifications. Formulate and enforce stringent Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) management standards across construction sites. Job Requirements & Education Bachelor in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction or Project Management; BCA/PE recognised qualifications preferred. Minimum 3 years facade project management experience, familiarity with Singapore BCA regulations and local constructions standards is advantageous. Lead site teams, manage subcontractors and negotiate commercially with main contractors. Resolve site accidents, material delays and construction non-compliance issues efficiently. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role requires daily coordination with mandarin speaking stakeholders, subcontractors and suppliers. Ability to communicate in Indian and Bengali is highly advantageous for delivering daily on-site safety and operational instructions to the construction crew.
