What You’ll Do: Practice Leadership and Growth Define and evolve the regional practice strategy aligned to global and IGTM priorities, building differentiated capabilities and scalable offerings to support growth across enterprise and mid-market clients. Sales, Solutioning, and Delivery Partner with Sales and account teams to drive pipeline, conversion, and execution, enabling practical, value-driven and scalable solutions. Create and Evolve Practice Assets and Solutions Localize and scale assets, accelerators, and solutions to improve speed-to-market, consistency, and delivery efficiency Attract, Develop, and Retain Practice Talent Drive a regional talent strategy focused on building future-ready skills (e.g., AI, cloud, transformation), strengthening workforce planning, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture Skills and Experiences: Strong leadership, communication skills, client presence and focus, and the ability to influence executive stakeholders and clients. Market-focused with a growth mindset. Ability to collaborate effectively in a highly matrixed company to deliver results within a region. Expertise in talent deployment, technical solution delivery, and capability building across regional practices in a consulting environment. About You: Characteristics that can spell success for this role: Likely 12+ years of leadership experience within tech consulting, with a focus on practice management, solution integrity, or similar functions. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Experience leading in a matrixed organization, with demonstrated ability to navigate complex structures and maintain alignment across multiple practices and functions. Experience growing and leading a profitable technology consulting practice in a region. Deep experience in understanding client needs and selling and delivering assets across solutions. Experience shaping and developing people skills/capabilities of a large team.
