Job Summary Support kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with food requisitions to ensure smooth daily food service. Responsibilities Execute daily kitchen operations to support food preparation and service efficiency Prepare mise-en-place by organizing and readying ingredients to assist culinary supervisors Record and track inventory and supplies to maintain accurate stock levels Coordinate food requisitions and transfers as directed to ensure timely availability of ingredients Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen to comply with food safety regulations Monitor and perform basic maintenance on kitchen equipment to ensure proper functioning Complete other assigned duties to support kitchen operations and team needs Required competencies and certifications Minimum ITE Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent At least 2 years of experience working in hot and cold kitchen environments Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts
