Job Description We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead multiple sales teams, drive business growth, and develop future leaders within the organisation. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Manage, coach, and inspire multiple sales teams. Analyse sales performance and identify growth opportunities. Build strong relationships with clients and business partners. Recruit, train, and develop future leaders. Ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction. Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports. Requirements Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Minimum 3–5 years of sales and leadership experience. Proven track record in achieving sales targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
