Junior Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to support project execution across cross-functional teams. This role will focus on ensuring alignment, tracking progress, and maintaining clear communication across stakeholders including Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering. You will play a key role in keeping projects on track by coordinating timelines, managing documentation, and supporting reporting to leadership within a structured and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate project timelines and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams (Ops, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering). • Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting minutes. •Track and follow up on action items, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion. • Maintain and update project documentation, including trackers, reports, and shared repositories. • Monitor project progress and proactively flag risks, delays, or dependencies to stakeholders. • Consolidate and prepare status updates and reports for leadership and project stakeholders. • Support adherence to processes, compliance, and documentation standards, especially in regulated environments. • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication across functions.
