Night Shift F&B Manager

About the Role We are looking for a hands-on and customer-focused Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our family-friendly KTV outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth outlet operations, delivering excellent customer service, managing staff performance, and driving overall business results. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet and ensure smooth service delivery Lead, supervise, and motivate the outlet team to achieve operational excellence Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and manpower planning Conduct staff training and performance evaluations Monitor outlet cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with company standards Oversee inventory control, stock ordering, and cost management Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, and operational procedures Prepare operational reports and assist management in achieving sales targets Drive promotional activities and initiatives to increase outlet revenue Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role within F&B, hospitality, entertainment, or related industries Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Able to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts when required Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently Experience managing outlet operations and staff scheduling is preferred What We Offer Attractive salary package with performance incentives Career progression opportunities Supportive and dynamic work environment Staff benefits and employee discounts Training and development opportunities Interested applicants are invited to submit their updated resume for consideration.
