Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description & Requirements Responsibilities: QS roles & responsibilities including pre/post contract duties, taking off quantities, cost control, variations, finalization of cost and tender administrative orders To obtain sub -contractors and supplier’s quotation for costing and do cost comparisons To source for existing and new vendors, compilation of quotation & competitive prices and summarizing subcontracts, materials and equipment To manage overall project costs and budget To attend site meetings Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned Requirements Degree in quantity surveying or equivalent At least 3-5 years of working experience in the construction (civil engineering / road works) Knowledge in tendering processes and contracts Able to multi task and work independently while meeting tight deadlines Knowledge in MS office, AutoCAD, 3DS max/ sketch ups or equivalent Qualified candidates, please send in your updated resume in MS Word format via APPLY NOW Your resume must include the following information: - Current and expected salary Reasons for leaving Date of availability
