Business Analyst cum Software Tester

The role involves advising on the impact of business changes on the product, eliciting and documenting business needs for Salesforce implementation within an agile setting, and developing comprehensive test strategies and documentation. The analyst will also participate in all agile ceremonies and work with the Product Team to resolve defects according to requirements specifications. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma and three years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or equivalent in Agile projects, along with at least two years of software testing experience, and must be a Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master. Knowledge of Salesforce is required, while degrees in relevant fields, government project experience, and certifications in Salesforce are advantageous.
