Candidates should possess professional experience in analyzing and documenting complex business processes, software development requirements, and change requirements gathering, including producing As-Is and To-Be documentation. Essential qualities include strong analytical and project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and familiarity with the MS Office Suite, with preferred understanding of SharePoint/Dynamics CRM architecture.
