Component Assembly Technician

ALG is currently hiring Component Assembly Technicians for our client based in the East of Singapore. Our client is known for designing, manufacturing, and servicing systems and components for the aerospace and defense industries. Candidates from automotive industry who has experience in assembly are welcome to apply. Responsibilities: Component Assembly : Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies to form complete gearboxes according to engineering drawings and specifications. Inspection and Testing : Conduct inspections and tests to ensure that components meet quality standards and specifications. Identify and address any defects or issues. Use of Tools and Equipment : Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to assemble and test gearboxes. Documentation : Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, test results, and any adjustments or repairs made. Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve assembly issues, ensuring that the final product is fully functional and meets all performance requirements. Team Collaboration : Work closely with engineers, quality control, and other team members to ensure efficient and accurate assembly processes.
