QA Project Staff

ALG is currently recruiting for a QA Project Staff for our client based in the west of Singapore. This is a contract opportunity to play a key role in quality assurance operations, supporting quality assurance activities, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of quality and operational excellence. Job Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate incoming QA/QC processes to ensure compliance and quality standards. Provide guidance and support to engineers and develop internal IQA (Internal Quality Assurance) capabilities. Work closely with warehouse teams to implement and support IQA-related processes. Identity opportunities to improve processes and tools to enhance efficiency and service quality. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions to resolve quality issues. Support supplier quality activities, including vendor audits and verification of incoming materials. Collaborate with operations, procurement, and other internal departments to achieve quality objectives. Develop, maintain, and update all QA processes, procedures, and quality records. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, waste, lower costs, and improve customer satisfaction Job Requirements: Possess a minimum Diploma / Degree in Engineering, or any related discipline. At least 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control. Strong understanding of quality management systems, quality tools, and continuous improvement methodologies. Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with other teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office like words, excel, and powerpoint. If you are interested in this role, please APPLY NOW!
