What You’ll Do You will be the face of ALG, identifying, creating, and expanding business opportunities across the region. Architect New Business: Identify and capture emerging market opportunities through active prospecting, site visits, and industry events. Consultative Account Management: Act as a primary advisor for our existing portfolio, managing contract renewals and ensuring we exceed service delivery standards. Strategic Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into industry trends and competitive landscapes to keep ALG and our clients ahead of the curve. High-Stakes Tendering: Collaborate with leadership to craft winning sales proposals and complex tenders that drive revenue growth. Who You Are We value initiative and the ability to work independently. We are looking for candidates who bring: 1–2 years (minimum) in B2B sales or 360-degree recruitment. You are a master of communication and can navigate complex discussions with key decision-makers and stakeholders. You can seamlessly switch between high-intensity new business prospecting and long-term relationship nurturing. An EA license is a plus, but if you don't have one, we will support your journey to becoming certified. We prioritize your drive and potential over a certificate. Why Join ALG?
