About this role

We are looking for a friendly, organized and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our beauty salon team. If you enjoy interacting with people, have excellent communication skills and are interested in the beauty industry, we'd love to hear from you! This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media and other communication channels. Schedule, confirm and manage customer appointments. Provide excellent customer service before, during and after customer visits. Assist the Marketing Department with social media activities, including posting content and responding to customer messages and comments. Support retail sales during live streaming events by assisting with customer enquiries, order processing and coordination. Handle customer follow-ups and maintain accurate customer records. Provide administrative support and cover admin colleagues' duties during leave/absence to ensure smooth daily operations. Work closely with managers, therapists and other team members to deliver a seamless customer experience. Assist with any other ad hoc duties assigned by management. Requirements Previous experience in customer service, reception, retail or the beauty and wellness industry is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and appointment scheduling systems. Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, responsible and a strong team player. Willing to learn and support different departments when required.
