Project Engineer (Electronics Security)

Reporting to Business Operations Manager, Singapore As a Project Engineer, you will work closely with project managers and a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the successful installation and commissioning of Integrated security projects. You will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle, from planning and execution through to completion, ensuring tasks are delivered on time and within budget. Your role will require expertise in security system installation, troubleshooting, and system optimization, along with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. What you might do on a day to day Project Execution & Management Lead the installation, testing, and commissioning of Integrated Security systems (Access Control, CCTV, etc.) at client sites. Oversee on-site installation, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of systems. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered according to schedule, budget, and quality standards. Maintain regular communication with the Project Manager to provide updates on project progress, risks, and issues. Prepare and submit detailed progress reports, including performance analysis and corrective actions. Technical Systems Management Program and configure security systems (S2, C-cure, Gallagher, Lenel, Milestones, etc.) to meet client specifications. Perform diagnostic testing and resolve technical problems efficiently, ensuring minimal system downtime. Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on existing systems and recommend system improvements. Undertake surveys and assist in preparing pricing for system upgrades or changes requested by clients. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
