Group Finance & Accounts Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: S$2,800 – S$3,200 per month Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm Work Location: 28 Senang Crescent, BizHub 28, Singapore 416601 --- Job Description AxisOne Group is a proudly Singapore-branded company with three business arms — AxisOne Development (design-and-build contractor and building material manufacturer/supplier), AxisOne Eco-Tech (sustainable building materials and waste management technology), and Louvel (one of Singapore’s first brandies, made from blackberries). We are hiring a Group Finance & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations across all three arms. This is a hands-on role at the financial centre of a growing, multi-entity Group. --- Responsibilities • Process supplier invoices, payments, progress claims, and client invoices across all three business arms • Monitor accounts receivable; follow up on outstanding payments • Process monthly payroll and CPF submissions accurately and on time • Assist with quarterly GST preparation in liaison with the external accountant • Raise and track purchase orders; maintain supplier payment schedules • Reconcile bank statements and petty cash regularly • Prepare cash flow summaries and expense reports for management review • Maintain organised financial records and filing across the Group --- Requirements • Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Administration preferred • At least 1–2 years of relevant accounts or bookkeeping experience; full-set experience is an advantage but not mandatory • Familiarity with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB) is a plus; willingness to learn is essential • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word • Meticulous, reliable, and takes pride in accuracy • Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company • Singapore Citizens and PRs are welcome to apply We value attitude over credentials.
