Part-Time Brand Operations & Content Assistant Industry: Lifestyle & Jewelry Location: Singapore (Hybrid – Remote & On-site) About the Role We are a Singapore-based aesthetics, jewelry, and lifestyle brand seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Part-Time Brand Operations & Content Assistant to support our growing team. This role is suitable for individuals interested in creative work, content development, and supporting brand initiatives in a collaborative environment.environment. Key Responsibilities Support content planning and execution across social media platforms Assist in photography and organization of visual assets (images/videos) Participate in product, campaign, and event shoots Support preparation and on-site execution of brand events Assist in organizing product, brand, and operational materials Work Arrangement Approximately 3 days per week (flexible scheduling) Hybrid work model : remote tasks with on-site activities required for shoots and events in Singapore Opportunities to gain exposure to end-to-end brand operations Who We Are Looking For Have an interest in aesthetics, lifestyle, fashion, or design Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow through tasks effectively Communicate clearly and collaborate well within a team Are proactive and responsible in execution Preferred (not mandatory): Experience in social media or content creation (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu) Familiarity with tools such as Canva or basic video editing software AZ HR PTE.
