Mechanical Engineer

Mechanical Engineer Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our R&D team. In this role, you will design, develop, and test mechanical components for a variety of products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life and ensure high-quality, reliable products are delivered on time. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and assemblies for various products Create detailed 3D models, technical drawings, and prototypes using CAD software. Conduct material selection, stress analysis, and thermal analysis to ensure design integrity and performance. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs with electrical, software, and user-interface systems. Perform testing and validation of mechanical prototypes to ensure they meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards. Troubleshoot and resolve design, performance, or manufacturing issues. Conduct design reviews, ensuring compliance with product specifications, quality standards, and cost objectives. Develop and maintain product documentation, including technical reports, assembly instructions, and testing protocols. Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements to continuously improve design processes and product quality. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience (2+ years) in mechanical design Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, etc.) and other design tools. Solid understanding of material properties, manufacturing processes, and mechanical testing methods. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply engineering principles to complex challenges. Well versed at TCP/IP, USB, BLE, Modem, Wi-Fi and Serial communications Collaborate with Hardware team in the product development process for cameras and Networking, Wireless and IOT products. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Experience in product development and life cycle management. Collaborate with Hardware team in the product development process for cameras and Networking, Wireless and IOT products.
