Job Description & Requirements Team and subcontractor management: Supervise, train, and coordinate the work of construction crews and subcontractors. Project scheduling and planning: Develop project plans, organize daily activities, and coordinate schedules to meet deadlines. Safety and compliance: Enforce all safety protocols to create a safe work environment, inspect sites for hazards, and ensure compliance with regulations. Quality control: Inspect work to ensure it meets project specifications, blueprints, and industry standards. Communication: Act as a liaison between the on-site crews and other stakeholders like project managers, engineers, and clients.
