From fun, eye-catching ads to viral-style UGC content, you’ll plan, shoot, and edit videos that capture hearts and build our brand. Come create with us! 🎯 Key Responsibilities 🎥 Video Production & Editing Conceptualize and shoot engaging short-form and long-form videos (product features, behind-the-scenes, Advertising ads, UGC-style). Edit videos for social media, ads, and promotional campaigns with a professional and brand-consistent style. Ensure video assets are optimized for different platforms (TikTok, IG Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, XHS etc.) 📲 Social Media Management Manage posting and scheduling across platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook etc with the use of Meta Business Suite . Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity in all content. Engage with followers, monitor trends, and suggest timely content ideas. Foster a sense of community with the followers by responding to comments, DMs ✏️ Content Planning & Strategy Collaborate with the marketing team to develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand and product campaigns. Propose creative ideas for seasonal promotions, new launches, and social campaigns. Stay updated with social trends and viral formats in the pet or lifestyle space. 📦 Brand & Product Focus Translate product features into visually appealing and emotionally engaging video content. Occasionally assist in creating still visuals, product GIFs, and promotional graphics (basic Canva/Photoshop skills a plus). 🧩 Requirements Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in video production, content creation, or social media. Proficiency in video production and editing software such as Capcut, Jianying, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent). Knowledge of other AI tools such as NIM, Pika Labs, Open Magic, Lens Go, Veedio Magic Cut, VN Editor, InShot, Lumen5, Filmora, Pictory.AI, Runway ML, Descript, Luma AI, Kling AI etc will be an advantage. Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video trends. Proven experience in digital content creation and social media management. Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, mailchimp, klaviyo etc.)
