Job Description Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing all aspects of restaurant operations. Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team to achieve service excellence. Ensure high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Manage staff scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews. Monitor operational costs, inventory, and labour productivity. Resolve customer feedback and implement effective service recovery. Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety, and company policies. Support revenue growth through upselling initiatives and operational improvements. Prepare operational reports and assist in achieving business targets. Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or management.
