Lead Engineer, Mechanical, Customer Order Engineering - Customer Project Engineering (Subsea Wellhead Casing Solution)

The Lead Engineer will manage the technical execution and delivery of customer projects for innovative energy products, acting as the bridge between clients, project management, Quality, Sourcing, and manufacturing teams. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and managing project schedules and engineering deliverables while ensuring smooth execution and resolving technical challenges. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a relevant technical discipline and possess at least 7 years of experience in project or product design engineering within subsea wellhead or production systems. Essential requirements include knowledge of relevant industry standards (API 6A, 17D, etc.) and excellent communication skills for client engagement and cross-functional coordination.
