Company Overview The client participates in Singapore’s professional football league, known as the Singapore Premier League since 2018, having been part of the league since 1996. Job Summary You will perform counter sales and prize claim processing for various betting products, maintain cleanliness, and support other assigned duties during operating hours. Responsibilities Perform counter sales for betting products including TOTO, 4D, Sweep, Sports Bets, and ad-hoc Charity Tickets to ensure accurate and efficient customer transactions Process prize claims for winning tickets accurately and promptly to maintain customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales counter and surrounding areas through regular housekeeping duties Collaborate with team members and work independently to meet operational needs during assigned shifts Handle cash transactions securely and accurately to prevent discrepancies Required competencies and certifications Must be at least 21 years old (legal age requirement for betting operations in Singapore) Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in cash handling to support secure transaction processing Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations Other Information Operating Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 8am to 7pm Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays: 8am to 7pm Interested candidates may email their resume with contact details to timnee@bkfc.sg.
