We are not your typical high-street spa chain. Our name, "Balik Kampung," translates to "returning to the village" — and that is exactly the experience we offer our clients. We blend traditional Southeast Asian healing rituals, rustic kampung hospitality, and modern aesthetic science into a warm, nostalgic escape from Singapore's fast-paced urban life. Our spa is designed to feel like a second home — for both our clients and our team. We pride ourselves on a supportive, family-like culture where excellence is rewarded, and every team member is empowered to grow. We are currently seeking a high-calibre, experienced, and sales-driven Senior Beautician to join our family. Conduct thorough skin and body consultations to diagnose client concerns and recommend suitable in-house treatments and home-care regimens. Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety , ensuring full compliance with Singapore's spa regulations and MOH guidelines. Client Experience & Sales: Deliver the signature "Balik Kampung" hospitality — making every client feel like they are visiting their grandmother's village home — warm, welcomed, and well-cared for. Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive high repeat visitation and loyalty . Achieve individual and team retail sales targets for skincare and wellness products. Handle VIP and premium clients with discretion and professionalism. Team & Operational Duties: Assist in training, guiding, and mentoring junior therapists (if on supervisor track). Manage appointment scheduling and assist with daily spa operations when required. Provide feedback to management on client preferences, product performance, and market trends. Uphold the spa's brand image, values, and service standards at all times.
