Responsibilities Process sales, trade-in, and loan transactions for gold and timepieces accurately to meet customer needs Respond promptly and professionally to phone enquiries to provide information and support Identify and resolve administrative issues to ensure smooth store operations Perform general administrative tasks including data entry to maintain accurate records Deliver professional and courteous customer service to enhance customer satisfaction Support daily store operations and housekeeping to maintain a clean and organized environment Maintain a pleasant and tidy store appearance to create a welcoming atmosphere Complete other ad hoc duties assigned by the manager to support business needs Required competencies and certifications Basic computer knowledge to perform data entry and administrative tasks Strong interpersonal skills to engage customers and team members effectively Ability to work proactively and sales-driven to achieve store targets Teamwork skills with a positive attitude to collaborate with colleagues Proficiency in conversational English to communicate clearly with customers and staff Preferred competencies and qualifications Additional language skills to assist diverse customer groups
