Job Title: Aircon (ACMV) Supervisor Job Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily ACMV installation, maintenance, and repair works on-site. Lead a team of air-conditioning technicians and ensure work is completed according to schedule. Allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment efficiently. Read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications. Ensure installation of FCUs, AHUs, VRF/VRV systems, split units, chilled water piping, ducting, insulation, refrigerant piping, drain piping, and control wiring complies with project requirements. Monitor workmanship quality and ensure all works meet company standards and client specifications. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, main contractors, and other trades to resolve site issues. Conduct site inspections and identify defects or rectification works. Ensure all work complies with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety procedures. Prepare daily work reports, progress updates, and manpower records. Arrange testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover of ACMV systems. Ensure materials delivered to site are sufficient and suitable for the planned work. Attend site meetings when required. Train and mentor junior technicians and workers to improve their technical skills. Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining quality and safety standards. Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ACMV installation or supervision. Good knowledge of VRV/VRF systems, split units, chilled water systems, ducting, and ventilation systems. Ability to read and interpret construction and M&E drawings. Strong leadership and communication skills. Familiar with Singapore WSH regulations and site safety requirements. Able to work independently and solve site coordination issues. Possession of relevant safety certificates (e.g. Safety Coordinator or Supervisor certification) is an advantage.
