Contracts Executive

Job responsibilities: 1. Prepare purchase and sales contracts, related documents, system data entry, and track execution status. 2. Work under the guidance of the Business Manager and maintain effective communication with all upstream and downstream parties in the business chain. 3. Assist the Business Manager in handling external contract amendments and disputes. 4. Complete any other tasks assigned by management. Job requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above. 2. At least 3 years of experience in commodities trading, especially iron ore trading. 3. Familiar with commodities trading, particularly the spot marketing business model for iron ore. 4. Good command of both English and Chinese to liaise with stakeholders in China who speak only Chinese, with the ability to independently prepare relevant analytical reports. 5. Strong independent analytical and problem-solving skills. 6. Good communication and logical thinking skills, strong teamwork spirit, and ability to work under pressure. 7. Able to complete other tasks assigned by management.
