About this role

Sales Performance & Business Development Drive sales growth and achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, quotation preparation, tender submissions, and deal closure. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive business development, networking and effective CRM management. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and projects. Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports and market updates. Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and customer support. Customer & Stakeholder Management Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, principals, and vendors. Conduct regular customer engagements to understand operational requirements, gather market insights and identify business opportunities. Deliver responsive and high-quality customer service to strengthen long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction. Support project coordination, equipment delivery and handover activities to ensure successful implementation. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and service matters. Technical & Market Expertise Build and maintain strong technical knowledge of the company’s products, solutions and applications. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, market developments and emerging technologies. Participate actively in product training, supplier engagements and industry-related events.
