Performance Engineer (Singapore) Main Responsibilities Subject Matter Expert / Design & Solutions Conduct detailed performance analysis of HVAC systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Develop and implement energy simulation techniques to evaluate system performance. Perform energy audits and assess compliance with energy standards and regulations. Generate performance reports and provide recommendations for system upgrades or modifications. Monitor and analyse HVAC plant energy consumption data to identify trends and propose solutions. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of energy initiatives, including cost savings and performance improvements. Analyse chiller data and performance to ensure the reliability and consistent COP (kW/RT) Perform overhauling and annual shutdown of various brands of Chillers as part of regular/predictive maintenance and improving chiller efficiency Conduct detailed assessment and identify the root cause of poor performance in chillers and suggest potential rectifications to resolve the issue Keep Service Sustainability, Customer Support teams and other relevant stakeholders informed on outstanding client issues and recommend system enhancements, upgrades, and/or repairs Stay up to date with the latest HVAC technologies, industry standards, and best practices Projects & Operations Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met Conduct testing and commissioning for projects Anticipate issues and prepare mitigation measures as required to achieve goals Finetune the bbp installed system without disruptions to clients’ operations Perform review/analysis, diagnostics and troubleshooting of any energy performance issues Ensure bbp’s energy efficiency system performs to expectations after installation and testing within the project timeline Contractor liaison, engagement/provide requirements Others Evaluate / review selection of maintenance / repair subcontractors Review testing and certification reports Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with relevant standards.
