Contracts Manager (A1 Main-Contractor)

Lead and develop the Quantity Surveying team, setting clear goals and driving performance to achieve project and financial objectives. Oversee project profit and loss by managing contract administration and cost control systems to meet financial targets. Establish and monitor effective QS and contract management processes to improve operational efficiency and resource allocation. Manage contractual and cost-related matters, including negotiations and settlements, while mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with contract terms. Provide strategic contract leadership by applying strong knowledge of construction law and collaborating with project teams, clients, and stakeholders. Requirements: Degree in a relevant Civil, Engineering or QS discipline Experience in cost estimation, tendering, procurement, and contract administration for construction projects. Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, cost calculations, and relevant construction software.
