Architectural Executive (BIM/Submissions)

Inspect all drawings for compliance with building codes, drafting standards, and plan presentations before submission to authorities, advising colleagues on any non-compliance. Regulatory submissions - ensure regulatory documents are accurately submitted to relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with planning, zoning, and building codes Assist in the process of acquiring building permits and any other required legal or regulatory approvals. Liaise with consultants and authorities to address code compliance matters and ensure project standards are met. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely project delivery.
