HR Assistant, Construction Industry

Support internal recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Coordinate and organize staff training programs to support employee development and compliance requirements. Provide administrative coordination for the upkeep of staff dormitories, ensuring proper accommodation standards and welfare. Maintain and update staff leave records, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. Support general HR operations and assist in other administrative activities as assigned by management.
