Site Admin (Construction)

Serve as the first point of contact for all administrative functions involved in the assigned project (work-site of construction project) Assist in answering queries or requests for information regarding the project. Keep all important documents, invoices, and contracts well maintained. Implement filing systems that make it easy to find any document quickly and efficiently. Respond to emails, letters, and telephone calls. Liaise with suppliers and vendors to order supplies for projects and the office, including computer software or equipment and stationary. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field. At least 1-Year of working experience in construction industry, preferably with prior experience working at project site.
