Resident Engineer

Job Summary Oversee construction site activities to ensure quality, compliance, and timely project completion through effective supervision, coordination, and reporting. Responsibilities Supervise construction works on-site to ensure adherence to project plans and safety standards Inspect and verify quality of works against contract drawings and specifications Perform all site supervision duties in compliance with Building Control Regulations Coordinate with main contractors and consultants to ensure safe and timely project completion Participate in project and site meetings to identify and resolve site issues promptly Prepare and submit regular weekly and monthly progress reports to consultants Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience Other Information Start dates available: September 2026, October 2026, November 2026, December 2026, January 2027 Part of supervision team for Non-landed Residential project at Tampines Street 95 & Woodlands Drive 17, Holland Link & Holland Plain.
